Our first step: Thoroughly research and analyze the site.
Second step: Evaluate and refine our clients' desires and dreams. These drive the design program - be it cottage, contemporary, xeriscape or sub-tropical. Consideration is given to ease of maintenance, water conservation, color palettes, flowering fragrancse and scale of shrubbery and trees.
Project goals are developed by our talented design staff. The team works hand in hand with the client to develop budget constraints and timelines.
Intitial conceptual sketeches are developedto complement the property and effectively utilize both exisiting space and topography. Careful consideration is given to drainage and slope requirements. Existing soil is analyzed and recommendations are made for amendments.
Once a direction has been established, the plans are refined, and transferred to our CAD System. This allows us to continually update the project, and easily assess cost and materials.
Once plans, timeline and budgets have been approved, installation begins.
